Our highly experienced nurses are qualified to support the GPs and prescribe medication for minor illnesses. They can also give advice on health issues.

Nurses

Practice nurses are qualified and registered nurses. They can help with health issues such as family planning, healthy living advice, blood pressure checks and dressings. The practice nurses run clinics for long-term health conditions such as asthma or diabetes, minor ailment clinics and carry out cervical smears.

Ann Timms

Working Pattern – Monday 8.30am to 4:00pm and Thursday 8.30am to 3:00pm.


Our Practice Nurse Ann has over 20 years of experience working in the Primary Care Sector.


She has attained her Diplomas in Diabetes, Asthma &COPD.


She enjoys working with patients to help them manage their conditions and she is passionate about achieving a positive outcome to improve quality of life for our patients.


Ann also helps with health issues such as family planning, healthy living advice, blood pressure checks and dressings.


She also runs clinics for long term conditions, such as asthma, diabetes, minor aliment clinics and cytology.


Ann offers comprehensive travel advice in our private clinics, as well as childhood immunisation clinics.

We have additional roles staff who are shared between the Delta Primary Care Network.


They include Pharmacists, Mental Health Nurses, GP Assistants, Physician Associates, Care Coordinators, Social Prescribers etc.


 

Danielle Asnan

Working Pattern- Monday to Friday 9.30 am-5 pm.


We are proud to introduce our dedicated GP Assistant, who brings a wealth of experience to our practice with 15 years of service as a former paramedic.


She works closely with our healthcare team to ensure every patient receives the care and attention they need.


Her unique background equips her with an understanding of patient care, both in emergency situations and routine health checks.


She is committed to providing high quality, compassionate care to all our patients through a range of clinical services, which include,


Blood Pressure Checks


BMI Assessments


ECG(Electrocardiogram)


Blood Tests.


Flu Vaccinations.


She is also actively involved in workload and document management.

Jeena Patel

In house Clinical Pharmacist.


Working Pattern- Every Friday.


Jeena works as a part of the PCN with other local health providers to support patients, optimise patient care and improve medicines safety.


She provides structured medication reviews, resolving medication queries, and optimise medication as part of a multidisciplinary team.


She can offer both telephone and face to face appointments to the patients.

Harrison Mutanda

Mental Health Nurse.


Working Pattern- Every other Tuesday.


Harrison offers a comprehensive range of services to support individuals in managing their Mental Health and well-being.


Whether you are seeking an initial assessment, a review for common mental health conditions, or support for serious mental illness, our Nurse is here to help.


This includes, ADHD/ASD Screening, referrals to Secondary Mental Health Services, Mental Health related sick notes, problem-solving interventions etc.


He is also qualified to prescribe and review medication related to Mental Health conditions, ensuring safe and effective treatment.

Bernadette Cronin

Podiatrist.


Working Pattern- Every other Tuesday.

Joyline Dsouza

First Contact Physiotherapist.


Working Pattern- Monday pm.


Joyline is an experienced Physiotherapist and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team.


She is currently involved in diagnosis, referring the patients to secondary care. She also provides you with some important information about the home-based exercises, which helps in the pain management.


Joyline is currently training to do joint injections.

Phlebotomists

Healthcare assistants support practice nurses with their daily work and carry out tasks such as phlebotomy (drawing blood), blood pressure measurement and new patient checks. They may act as a chaperone when a patient or doctor requests one.
