Prescriptions

To order repeat medication, please tick items required on repeat form and return to the surgery over the reception desk or by post.  We do not take requests for medication over the telephone as mistakes and errors can be made.  Please check your repeat prescription before re-ordering.  If there are items listed, which you no longer require, cross the items out and we will remove them.  It will save you having to check through so many items next time and also prevent errors in re-issuing medication.

Please allow 2 full working days for repeat prescriptions to be issued.
