Sometimes you may wish us to
carry out work that is not covered by our NHS contract
with the Health Authority. This may include private
medical insurance applications or claim forms which will
incur a supplementary charge. A full list of charges is
displayed in our waiting room.
Private Referrals
There is no charge for private referral letters but a
fee is payable if you wish your GP to complete any
private health insurance claim form. Remember the form
can only be completed if you have been originally
referred by your GP.
