How do I get help when the surgery is closed?
Please telephone the surgery telephone number when the
surgery is closed and you will be automatically directed to the out of
hours medical service handled by Harmoni. You can also call NHS Direct
on 08454647 for further assistance.

How do I request for a District Nurse to visit me?
If you wish to contact them, please telephone the
surgery to make arrangements.
How do I request a Home Visit?
Visits are for those patients too ill or physically
unable to leave home. These should be requested before
11.00am to enable the doctors to plan their visits.
Otherwise, please come to the surgery. Many of our
patients get help from a relative, friend or neighbour.
Many also use a mini-cab which can bring you directly to
the entrance of the surgery where you can be met if
needed. You will always be seen quickly if required. We
can also offer you telephone advice or a doctor, nurse,
health visitor, district nurse or paramedic may come to
visit you at home.
How do I register with the surgery of update my
details?
Registration forms are available at reception and more
details are available on the
Registration page. Please inform the surgery
(in writing) of any changes to your name, address or
contact numbers. We would also be grateful if you would
ensure that you tell us about any changes to the details
concerning your next of kin and telephone numbers.
